What seefax is

seefax is a media player application for Android TV and Google TV.

seefax does not:
  • Provide, host, distribute, broadcast, or transmit any media content
  • Maintain, operate, or have any relationship with any IPTV service or content provider
  • Grant access to any channels, streams, live TV, films, or series
  • Know what content you are accessing, have accessed, or intend to access through your provider
  • Store, cache, or relay any content streams through our systems
seefax does:
  • Connect to IPTV providers that you configure yourself
  • Render streams that your provider makes available to you
  • Display programme guide information provided by your provider
  • Store your preferences and settings locally on your device

seefax is analogous to a web browser or VLC Media Player — it is a tool that renders content delivered by third parties. The legality and nature of that content is entirely outside our knowledge and control.

Any paid subscription or upgrade within seefax unlocks application features only. It does not include, provide access to, or constitute payment for any media content, channels, or streams.

P823

Your IPTV provider

To use seefax to watch content, you must configure it with credentials from an IPTV provider that you have separately obtained. We have no affiliation with, relationship to, or knowledge of any IPTV provider you may use.

You are solely responsible for:
  • Ensuring your IPTV provider holds the necessary licences and rights for the content they make available to you
  • Ensuring your use of your provider's service complies with their terms and with applicable law
  • Any fees, subscriptions, or obligations arising from your relationship with your provider
  • The legality of the content you access through your provider in your jurisdiction

We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee about any IPTV provider. We cannot verify whether any provider operates legally or holds appropriate rights for the content they distribute. We strongly encourage you to use only licensed, legitimate IPTV providers.

P824

Acceptable use

You may use seefax only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

You must not use seefax to:
  • Access content in violation of copyright, broadcasting rights, or any other intellectual property rights
  • Access content in breach of your IPTV provider's terms of service
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any technological protection measures applied to content
  • Access content the distribution of which is unlawful in your jurisdiction
  • Engage in any activity that violates the laws of England and Wales, the United Kingdom, or the jurisdiction in which you are located
You must:
  • Only use seefax with content you are legally entitled to access
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding the reception and viewing of broadcast content
  • Ensure that any IPTV subscription you use was obtained from a legitimate, licensed provider

seefax is designed to be used with legal IPTV services. It is not designed, intended, or marketed for use with unlicensed or unauthorised content.

P825

For notices regarding content that you believe to be unlawful, you should contact your IPTV provider directly. You may also contact us at privacy@seefax.tv with a description of the claimed infringement, the relevant stream or provider information, and your contact details, and we will consider what steps, if any, are appropriate.
